    Just like the earlier enhanced product, this combined surplus packs with some premium cards and sold them as a new product. The premiums introduced the Next Generation crew in various forms as dual-personnel (two personnel on one card) and the Combo Dilemma concept, which took fairly useless dilemmas from the Premier set and made two-in-one combinations to try and increase their effectiveness.
