As The Dominion gains more Alpha allies in their pacification of the quadrant you get more opportunity to launch the assault from that very quadrant and not some far away Omarian Nebula.

And while Lam has only two skills on his resume, as opposed to six skill reaping Founders or Jem'Hadar, he will add a great deal to your war effort.

Not in the least due to his origin: he's one of the few personnel that will keep the attributes of your Breen Warship up and with both of them being universal it shouldn't be too hard to get that war machine up and running. Play him directly to that Breen Warship if it's commanding general should fall victim to a Tarellian Plague or download him with Assign Support Personnel to your Remote Supply Depot.

His SECURITY and high dose of STRENGTH will help the Invasion of Betazed and the attack of Protected Shipments. He'll get you out of the Center Of Attention and rid you of Ferengi Bugs. He will know how to avoid Friendly Fire and is no stranger to forging Dangerous Liaisons. But Lam isn't afraid to go hand to hand either. A STRENGTH of 9 will punch out most Alpha quadrant inhabitants and when wielding a Kar'Takin he'll take down the more tenacious once and for all.

Moreover he's one of the few Alpha Anthropologists that The Dominion has to offer and the aforementioned ease with which he can reported makes him the man to call on for Primitive Cultures or None Shall Pass. Possessing Computer Skill always comes in handy when solids want to leave No Loose Ends, if you encounter some haphazard Ferengi Ingenuity or when you want to commandeer a ship after Lam and his Jem'Hadar buddies had a field trip using Invasive Transporters.
