Luaran

Not exactly your typical Vorta, Luaran doesn't have the knack for Diplomacy that most others of her species do (though she is still, of course, as Treacherous as one would expect). Instead, she has been assigned by the Dominion to other duties better suited to her talents.

With the skills of SCIENCE, ENGINEER, Biology, and Physics, Luaran oversaw the installation of the biological Breen technology aboard Dominion ships. In your Dominion deck, she'll provide help overcoming a very wide variety of dilemmas. The ENGINEER and Physics are of particular interest, having never before been available on a Vorta.

Something else never before available on a Vorta is a way to report directly to the Alpha Quadrant. With her special skill, Luaran may report directly aboard an Enhanced Attack Ship. The fact that the ship is native to the Alpha Quadrant makes it that much easier - although the skill could just as easily allow Luaran to appear in the Gamma (or Delta) Quadrant, or even at a time location.
