    This Card-Review article was written by Evan Lorentz and was published first on "Decipher's Website (decipher.com)" at Jan 11th, 1999.

    The Leyton Founder may not offer much in terms of regular skills (nothing you can't get on the Kira Founderimage, for example), but there's far more to him than meets the eye. He can report to Earth (not coincidentally, an easy mission for the Dominion to complete) meaning that with Shape-Shiftimages in your deck, any of your Founders can report to Earth by starting out as Leyton and morphing into someone else later. As an infiltrator, the Leyton Founder is the most difficult one to kill, as he has a special download of Flight of the Intruderimage. And he's also the only Founder infiltrator with V.I.P., which can make for a nasty combo...

    Combos:

    • Leyton Founder + Open Diplomatic Relationsimage: With the Leyton Founder infiltrating your opponent's ship and this objective there, it will be doubly stalled. It won't be able to move until the crew can battle Leyton, which in turn can't be done until he has been exposed.
    • Leyton Founder + Shape-Shiftimage: Easily reporting of your Founders to the Alpha Quadrant.
