    Klingon fans, now you too have access to all the benefits of a Headquarters card. As with all the other headquarters, you get a facility with shields far stronger than a normal outpost, and the ability to play an HQ card or certain personnel free once each turn. In this case, the restriction on what personnel play for free is scarcely a restriction at all. A dozen different Klingons qualify as an "Emperor, Chancellor or personnel with High Council in lore." They range anywhere from Mission Specialists like Gorathimage and K'Talimage to important characters like Governor Worfimage and Martokimage. It all adds up to a number of favorite Klingon strategies, now made stronger by The Great Hall.

    Combos:

    • I.K.C. K'Vortimage (lots of them!) + The Great Hall: When you play a K'Vort to your headquarters, a personnel to staff it will in many cases play for free. Armadas just became much easier to build.
    • The Great Hall + HQ: Secure Homeworldimage: A perfect match. Not only does the HQ card play for free, but you can get all the skills you need for it on personnel who can also play there for free.
