Another of the tough new "fate worse than death" dilemmas, Vantika’s Neural Pathways is tough even on affiliations that have stations! Assuming you do have an Infirmary
in play (and MEDICAL and Transporter Skill), you still will have to return home to cure this dilemma after a mission attempt. It wipes out INTEGRITY, classification and skills (substituting in Treachery x2), making that personnel good for next to nothing, yet it leaves them alive - sure to frustrate fans of multiple mains or Genetronic Replicator
