With Decipher deciding to target SECURITY personnel more with each expansion, the Federation are really happy to see George Primmin, even if Odo (DS9)'s none too happy about it. A super SECURITY is just what they need, and George (I can call you George, can't I?) is just what the doctor ordered. He will dodge the Assassin’s Blade, help you deal with Berserk Changelings and being the Center of Attention, and dodge Friendly Fire. His additional skills are valuable dilemma busters - Biology for Aphasia Device and Flaxian Assassin (single-handedly) and Computer Skill for Ferengi Bug, "Pup," and Ancient Computer.
Mission-wise his SECURITY and Computer Skill will help with a number of missions (e.g. Sensitive Search), but his real value lies in resolving dilemmas. His special download is also not to be sniffed at. The Federation have a bewildering array of ENGINEERs and so 10 and 01 may not warrant inclusion just to prevent Computer Crash. George allows you to prevent one Computer Crash per game, and that can be used to ensure that card arrives on time.

- George Primmin + Julian Bashir: Super SECURITY + super MEDICAL for a pairing that can handle a number of critical dilemmas and score a lot of points.
