Security Chief Garak

Another Garak? All I can say is: Yes! That means the mirror people have a way to pass By the Pale Moonlight even with Kukalaka in their arms (which, given the nature of their universe, isn't a bad piece of equipment to have around).

But there's more to him than his name. He's an OFFICER who can report to Ops: Mirror Universe and a SECURITY personnel who can process ore on the mirrored station. Biology will serve him in good stead when it comes to passing dilemmas. Computer Skill is a great skill for a variety of reasons, from commandeering to throwing people out Airlocks (with his Treachery). And what can I say about that double dose of Treachery? This brute has the hidden skill of Diplomacy thanks to The Art of Diplomacy, converting that Treachery into the more noble skill. Don't want to be that noble? Use the skill to run a Protection Racket. No Obsidian Order, but the SECURITY/Treachery combo still allows him to download all the capture-related cards we've come to associate with this Garak.

I'm not forgetting his special skill, of course, which will net him and all his friends bonuses to either STRENGTH or CUNNING via Cardassian equipment. Since the special download suspends play, you can even call a "time out" to bring in those reinforcements. "Pursue!!!!"

Combos:

• Security Chief Garak + a couple of Alliance Nors + Bok'Nor: Cross over the ship and download a Disruptor to make a cargo run in the mirror universe.
• Security Chief Garak + The Art of Diplomacy + one other Diplomacy: Q-Net? What Q-Net? I didn't even know Q came to the mirror universe!
• Security Chief Garak + Parallax Arguers: Are there any mirror universe cards that don't deserve the 5-point coolness bonus? (Throw in Garak and any version of the Elim Garak persona at the same location for extra Arguers!)
