Ch'Pok is loaded with skills that are very rare for Klingons. Treachery is becoming increasingly viable as a Klingon deck archetype, and his Diplomacy x2 and Law can be found on no other Klingon personnel. Top it all off with a very high CUNNING and Computer Skill and Biology for solving dilemmas, and you've got a strong addition to even an otherwise Honorable Klingon deck.
