Everything about Borad screams Espionage. Your Cardassian deck can include a wide variety of non-Cardassian missions if you include Borad. Youth, while not called upon for Cardassian missions, does show up on several missions for the original affiliations. Archaeology doesn't yet help much with Cardassian missions, but include Espionage on Federation or Klingon, and there are a lot of points to be had. Of course, Exobiology is more important than ever against DS9's difficult dilemmas. And don't forget Borad's unique bonus, an Orb icon, ready to use with the Orb Experience
interrupt.
