    Hippocratic Oathimage, already a potent dilemma, becomes killer with Aid Fugitives in play. Your opponent will have a hard time overcoming all your MEDICAL dilemmas with all those personnel stuck in the Gamma Quadrant. If that's not incentive enough, Aid Fugitives will fit nicely into a Gamma Quadrant strategy, since any non-Dominion affiliation can attempt it. With a variety of equipment to choose from, getting 3 MEDICAL shouldn't be that hard.

    Combo:

    • Aid Fugitives + Hippocratic Oaths + Tarellian Plague Ships + Hyper-Agings: Your opponent will have to fight for every point.
