You step through the looking glass... everything seems familiar, but... not. Looks like good old Deep Space 9 / Terok Nor

... but it's not. It's better! In the Mirror Universe, Ops has been modified so as to allow -icon personnel to report more easily despite belonging to different affiliations, like a mini-treaty that only affects reporting. So even if Mirror Nors are essentially Cardassian, all Alliance personnel can report there. And the Terrans have the commandeered side of the Mirror Terok Nor where they can do the same. Like regular Ops, you can download cards to this station's sites. As long as they have the right icon, no one will mind if they're Bajoran, Cardassian, or Klingon. With a lot of powerful Mirror opposites, those downloads become very interesting indeed: dig through your deck for The Intendent, Regent Worf
, or the Mirror Defiant (MM), no problem. Emblem cards are probably a good idea if you want to make all those personnel cooperate, of course ;-). And if your opponent didn't really figure on your using the Mirror spaceline, you probably have far less to fear from commandeering here.
