European Nationals on their way - how to apply? (closed)

The European Nationals season 2008/09 starts right away! And other than Regionals (which are basically the same worldwide) the National tournaments focus on each countries cultural and organizational strength. To make them distinguishable from other level 2 events there can both be single events or final part of a country's National circuit. They may take place any time during the year and awards two day 1 round 1 byes to the top players usable at the next Continental Championship following that National.
