Hints & strategie notes for this Deck

This strays from my simple Relativity strategy that I usually use. I've added Chakotay's, equipment for the Stakoron missions and ETUs and also a fair amount of event/interrupt destruction. I slightly prefer Evaluate Soliton Wave over Stakoron space as my first mission because it activates both Janeway and Data's cost reductions. Either mission is fine though and skills should be no problem, Stakoron planet should be second but you'll definitely want the equipment since only two natural Geology are in the deck. As always OT Kirk is slightly better than Living Legend so use up the two OTs first but Living Legend is still a powerhouse so get him out for every attempt you can. SRR can be good for straight Space/Planet dilemmas at the Stakoron missions, like Picking up the Pieces or Gomtuu Shockwave.
