Guidelines:
- Seed Camp Khitomer at Khitomer Research and The Great Hall on Qo'noS Expose Covert Supply,
- Seed Holodeck Door and the Holoprogram: 221B Baker Street on that headquarter,
- Seed your Klingon Outpost and the Clone Machine on planet Boreth (Investigate Disturbance),
- Download your mission specialists Dr. Farek and Torin via Assign Mission Specialists to there.
1st Turn:

At the start of the first turn, if it's not your turn, download Defend Homeworld via Tribunal of Q (otherwise use Q the Referee to download it in your first turn). Discard Defend Homeworld to download Kang and use his
for Blood Oath, - Use your normal card play to report Kitrik,
- download Space-Time Portal via Temporal Micro-Wormhole.
Each turn:

Once each turn report for free a
personnel via The Great Hall, - Once each turn report for free Kitrik to Dr. Farek via the Clone Machine,

Once each turn report for free any
personnel (or ship) at Camp Khitomer, - Once each turn report for free one Soong-type Android via Cybernetics Expertise, one android for each Cybernetics Skill (one android for Kitrik, two androids for Dr. Soong) present.
Other:
- draw cards with Sherlock Holmes or Kivas Fajo - Collector,
- you have to select a gender and a classifcation each time you report an Soong-type Android, e.g. use Engineer and female as standard,
- use the androids to meet dilemma classification requirements and K'ChiQ to meet dilemma skill requirements,
- once each turn exchange a card from hand with one android from your discard pile,

once a second
personnel is present with Kang, you may download one other instead of a card draw via Blood Oath or a ship named there, -
if your
opponent leaves an empty ship somewhere, take it with Kavok using Commandeer Ship, - use Espionage: Klingon on Federation for stealing opponents high-point missions near you,
- you may also use Kitrik, "The Tyrant Molor" instead of Kitrik, which has Computer Skill instead of Music, but 2 less Cunning,
- you may use 18 different Dilemmas as shown up here.
