Unanswered openCards posts
Hallo zusammen,
in der aktuellen ST2E Deckbuilder Version 2.5 sind alle virtuellen Karten auch als Bilder enthalten, so dass diese über die "Show cards" Funktionen in den Listen und Decks auch in Deckbuilder direkt angezeigt werden können. Eine Version mit allen Karte kann man sich derzeit nur selber "zusammen bauen" - siehe hierzu die FAQ in der Deckbuilder Sektion: tools/Deckbuilder/FAQ/How-to-include-puctures.
Da immer wieder Spieler nach einer Vollversion fragen, habe ich mich entschieden eine solche nun als CD anzubieten (für den Download sind es ein par viele MB ;-). Ich werde diese für die WM vorbereiten - sprich eine solche CD kann dort für 10.- € erstanden werden.
Wer interesse hat, bitte hier melden. Vorbestellungen nehme ich hier für einen Preis von 9.- € an!

New with the Alpha:
- Die Decipher Registrierungs ID entfällt.
- Tiebraker sind nicht mehr wie bei Decipher, sondern bei TrekCC definiert
- Neben den Byes gibt es noch Earned Byes
- Neben dem Bye für ungerade Teilnehmerzahl, lassen sich zusätzliche Byes vergeben (z.B. für Earned Byes)
- Minimieren des Hauptfensters minimiert nicht mehr die Turniere und Countdown Fenster
- Direkt gestarteten Turnieren kann ein Name gegeben werden, damit mehrere besser unterscheidbar sind.
- Die Auswahl der Sprache wird auch auf den Ausdrucken berücksichtigt.
- Das Main-Logo auf dem Ausdruck ist selektierbar (Open-Cards oder Trek CC)
- Für die Autoparrung gibt es zwei auswählbare Funktionen, "Pair All then down & uppairing" (wie bei Decipher) und "Pair One by One with direkt downpairing" (wie bei TrekCC)
Missing in the Alpha is:
- Bye und Earned Bye können nach Abschluss der Runde beim Editieren der Ergebnisse eines Spielers nicht ineinander verändert werden.
- Übersetzung der Oberfläche noch nicht 100% mit den Language Dateien abgedeckt
- Tiebraker sind noch nicht frei konfigurierbar (jetzt sind zur Zeit nur die TrekCC integriert)
- Download von Turniereinträgen
- Upload von Turnierergebnissen
- Download von Spieler-Daten
- Eingabe von Turnierdaten (und anschließendes Upload)

With the upcomming German Championship next weekend, we start the early alpha test of the version 3.0 of your TMS which we adapted from Decipher-Games where it helped to run many major tournaments in europe.
You can post here all questions and suggestions about TMS. If you need any help feel freee to ask us!
We are locking for someone who can deliver us the "lore" / "background" text of the cards from the expansions "One" and "Two".
Please send us an "Excel" OR "Calc" OR simple text list with card name and the "lore" / "background" text (benjes@arcor.de). If the list has a good quality you will revieve:
500 credits for the "lore" / "background" list of all cards from "One"
500 credits for the "lore" / "background" list of all cards from "Two"

Installation if you are already using ST2E Deckbuilder
ST2E Deckbuilder and Collection Manager have the same database for the cards as common ground. So please delete the database of ST2E Deckbulder before you install the new one. Therefore you have to search the directory “uct\datenbasis” (normally under c:\Programme\uct\datenbasis) on your computer and delete “datenbasis” and all files inside this directory. If you get an error message (no access) please restart your computer and try this again as first action after the reboot process is completed.
After deleting this directory you can follow the normal installation process of Collection Manager as described below.
Installation if you do not already using ST2E Deckbuilder
1. Unzip the download file
After completing the download you should find a file called “Collection Manager 1.0beta.zip” on your computer. First thing you have to do: extract the included files to any location on our computer using any common unzip programm (e.g. freeware 7-zip under www.7-zip.org)
2. Open the Installation-Programm
After unzipping the download file you should have a file called “install_cm.bat” on your computer. Please make sure, that you have an actual Java version on your computer before continue (check this on www.java.com).
After checking your Java version you can open the install program by “double click” the file “install_cm.bat”. From now follow the install instructions of the install program that should now open.
3. Starting Collection Manager
After the installation is complete you find under c:\programme\uct\ the start file “cm.bat”. Please “double click” this file to start Collection Manager.
That’s all – we wish you good work with Collection Manager. Please remember that version 1.0 beta is a test version! Please refer the test documentation on openCards for further information what the in and outs of this test and how to use Collection Manager.
